Please read this document carefully before using the 7plus platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 7plus platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and the 7plus platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.
7plus is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use this service in your jurisdiction.

2Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid payment method. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and any associated balance being withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login details with anyone. 7plus will never ask for your password via email or any unofficial channel.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 7plus platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The platform does not provide legal advice regarding the status of online gambling in any jurisdiction.
Using this platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit system bugs, use automated bots, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account termination.
Users are not permitted to transfer, sell, or lease their account access to any third party under any circumstances.
3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 7plus platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No currency conversion fees apply, as the platform operates exclusively in MYR for Malaysian users.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online bank transfers through major Malaysian banks. Identity verification may be required before your first deposit or withdrawal is processed, depending on the applicable transaction value limits.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to compliance with applicable wagering requirements. 7plus reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation if there is suspicious account activity or if bonus conditions have not been fully met.
The platform reserves the right to void any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the associated funds may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

4Liability Limits & Account Policies
Platform Liability Limits
7plus is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, its services — including technical disruptions, system failures, or temporary platform suspension.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events may cause temporary disruptions. Where possible, advance notice will be provided in such situations.
Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 24 hours of the relevant match or game session ending.
Account Suspension & Termination
7plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multiple account registrations, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. Any valid account balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no active bonus balances with unfulfilled wagering requirements.
Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy policy. A notification will be sent before any action is taken on a dormant account.
5Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the 7plus platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software code, user interfaces, and brand names — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. None of this content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense the platform, create derivative works, or use any 7plus brand name without authorisation.
6Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
7plus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Where the platform contains links to third-party websites, 7plus is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels before being referred to formal legal proceedings.
